Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day supervision of the airport sales team, within agreed guidelines and policies, continually identifying and delivering cost efficiencies and revenue and process improvements. 
  • Achieve revenue targets, using data to identify high performers and replicate their success across the teams.
  • Responsible for revenue generation through agent’s selling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all flyadeal products, services and systems, providing accurate information and updates at all times.
  • Generate and maintain necessary reports as requested.
  • Analyze team reports to assist in identifying areas training needs to improve team performance.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues without delay, enforcing flyadeal policies and procedures, escalating to management for further review where required. Ensure clear escalation protocols are implemented and practiced on a regular basis by the team re potential issues. 
  • Directly Supervise and coach team, identify development needs to meet standards. 
  • Ensure that all team sales -as per daily sales reports- are accurately reconciled and as per sop.
  • Ensure team are kept updated with product updates, revenue targets and other key operations / commercial info.
  • Ensure all team members are fully trained in all sops and systems and capable of achieving revenue target.
  • Produce regular reports to management, analysing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations with respect to revenues, policies and products.
  • Ensure flyadeal brand materials and physical working spaces meet company standards.
  • Actively engage with management to produce own personal development plan, identify development needs to support career growth and exceed KPIS.
  • Develop strong and lasting working relationships with all airline departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Manage punctuality, produce shifts and administer leave requests.
  • Provide cover for shifts as required to ensure office is manned 24/7.
  • Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience in core airline systems and processes is preferred.
  • Revenue and customer service KPI’s and Measurements.
  • Reporting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
